Hard to believe we opened in November 2024 on Charminster Avenue. Time flies when you're making the pizza you actually want to eat. I'm Gaetano, your accidental pizza chef. Born in Venezuela to Italian parents, I spent 11 years working my way through some of the best pizzerias in Europe — Franco Manca, The Tandy, spots in Italy where they take pizza seriously. I learned from masters, made every mistake possible, and fell in love with the craft.
Looking back to 2022, I started Mini Naples as a catering service. You showed up. You loved it. You asked for more. That's when I knew Bournemouth needed a proper spot for authentic homemade Italian pizzas.
So here we are — one year in, and it's all because of you. Expect more drool-worthy pizza pics, behind-the-scenes moments, and maybe some surprise menu drops. Whether you're a Margherita purist or love adventurous toppings, we're here to make every slice worth it. Thanks for being part of this journey. Unfortunately we do not deliver. We guarantee collection within 30 minutes to all areas we serve. Most orders are ready to pick up in 20-25 minutes.
